Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Suggee Resort’s website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

Reservations & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking in case of non-payment or fraudulent activity. All payment transactions are secure and encrypted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the booking type and season. Guests are advised to review their booking confirmation carefully for applicable policies.

Early cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund, while last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a full charge.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in. Suggee Resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone without proper documentation.

Use of Facilities

Guests are welcome to use all public facilities, including the pool, gym, and lounge areas, following all posted rules and safety guidelines.

Misuse of facilities or behavior that endangers other guests may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Privacy

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We collect only necessary data to provide and improve our services.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Suggee Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay, except in cases of gross negligence.

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at Suggee Resort shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
